Food and Beverage Exhibitors

Please review the Tulsa Event Managers Guide (Page 5) to learn the to learn more about their restrictions. 

All food/Beverage exhibitors planning on selling and/or providing sampling must fill out the form provided in the link and be approved by the OKC Fairgrounds.  Any food/beverage vendor that does not achieve this before 2/13/25 will most likely be rejected by the Fairgrounds/Health Department.
